Typical Project Ranges
Most projects fall within the following general ranges:
Kitchens
Smaller kitchens: starting around $12,000–$22,000
Mid-sized kitchens: typically $22,000–$40,000
Larger or more detailed kitchens: $40,000–$65,000+
Vanities
Single vanities: starting around $2,000–$5,000
Double vanities: typically $5,000–$10,000
Furniture-style or detailed vanities: $10,000–$15,000+
Built-Ins
Smaller built-ins: starting around $2,000–$6,000
Mid-sized built-ins: typically $6,000–$15,000
Larger or more detailed projects: $15,000–$30,000+
Closets
Smaller reach-in closets: starting around $2,000–$4,000
Walk-in closets: typically $4,000–$10,000
Larger or more detailed closets: $10,000–$20,000+
These ranges include cabinetry and installation, but do not include countertops, plumbing fixtures, electrical, tile work, mirrors, or general contracting unless specifically noted.
Because every space is different, final pricing depends on layout, materials, and level of detail. We refine that together during the design process.
What the First Visit Looks Like
During this initial visit, we:
- Walk through your space together
- Discuss what is and isn’t working
- Explore layout and cabinetry options
- Review style direction and material choices
- Provide a rough budget range based on scope and complexity
- Determine whether it makes sense to move into design
In some cases, we’ll also use early visual concepts afterward to help clarify layout and direction.

- On-Site Conversation & Early Direction
We meet in your space to understand layout, function, and goals. This is where we establish initial direction and rough budget expectations. - Design & Scope Development (If We Move Forward)
If it’s a good fit, we enter a structured design phase where layout, materials, cabinetry details, and pricing are refined into a clear build plan.
A design fee applies and is credited toward the project if you proceed. - Fabrication & Installation
Projects are coordinated, built, and installed with careful attention to fit, alignment, and finish quality.
